Udon Spicy Meat Gravy

To drive out the cold air while providing a sense of satiety, udon, noodles typical of  Japan could be the right choice. Moreover this one is given a spicy Korean-style sauce plus extra bite is tasty, tasty beef. Breathe in the warm broth while steaming!


ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic
200 g minced beef for sukiyaki
Cut into two 750 ml water
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons bottled chili sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
1 tsp salt 500 g udon wet / fresh
Pour warm water, drained



Topping: 1 tablespoon chopped chives

How to make:

  • Saute the garlic until fragrant and yellow.
  • Insert the meat, stir until it changes color.
  • Pour the water, add seasoning, bring to a boil. Lift.
  • Place the udon in serving bowls.
  • Pour the following sauce meat.
  • Sprinkle with chives and serve warm.
