ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic
200 g minced beef for sukiyaki
Cut into two 750 ml water
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons bottled chili sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
1 tsp salt 500 g udon wet / fresh
Pour warm water, drained
Topping: 1 tablespoon chopped chives
How to make:
