Ingredients:
1 piece of small organic zuchinni
1 organic carrot
Frozen 1 tablespoon butter, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon red onion, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon basil
1/4 tsp Bayleaf
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
150 g of organic chicken breast meat without bones
1 teaspoon dry white wine, optional
How to make:
- Preheat the oven at a temperature of 200 C. Prepare a flat baking sheet, polish with a little oil.
- With a peeler, shaved into thin strips zuchinni and carrots.
- Toss with half the butter and seasoning.
- Marinate the chicken breasts with salt and pepper until blended.
- Prepare a piece of foil. Arrange some zuchinni and carrot mixture in the middle.
- Place chicken on top. Add the remaining seasonings and sprinkle dry white wine, if desired.
- Fold sides of foil up around the meeting properly.
- Place on a baking sheet, bake in oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove and serve hot.
