Chicken soup with two kinds of mushrooms is suitable enjoyed during the cold air. Warm but not just because of vitamin and mineral content in fresh mushrooms will give a sufficient supply of nutrients. Warm bodies as well as the body becomes vibrant.
Ingredients:
250 g chicken, cut into pieces

Sauce:

Method:
- Stir the chicken pieces with garlic, pepper, chili powder and salt until blended.
- Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil, fry the marinated chicken until it changes color. Lift.
- Sauce: Boil the broth and scallions.
- Add chicken and mushrooms and seasonings, simmer over low heat.
- Lift. Sprinkle red chili powder.
- Serve hot.
