Beans and Tomato Bake

If the week you want to increase the consumption of vegetables, try this special dish. Baked tomato, green beans combined with cheese and then baked with the dough so that it was tasty, tasty, fresh! Suitable for anglers appetite to eat.


Ingredients:
250 g cherry tomatoes / tomato red
150 g young green beans
2 tablespoons olive oil

Topping 1 clove garlic

Mix well:
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese powder
1 teaspoon finely chopped basil leaves
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to make:
  • Tomato grilled on hot coals until wilted. Lift.
  • Press the tomatoes to get the water out and drain.
  • Stir in olive oil with garlic until blended.
  • Stir in tomatoes and green beans with olive oil.
  • Put in a heat resistant dish. Sprinkle a little pepper.

  • Bake in hot oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove and serve hot.
