Ingredients:
1 sheet yakinori
100 g sushi rice
20 g of green cucumber, sliced thin long
20 g lettuce, thinly sliced
2 pieces of shrimp tempura, ready to use
1 teaspoon Thai Spicy Sauce *)
2 tsp tobiko
Complement:
Events shoyu ginger (gari) Wasabi
How to make:
- Prepare makishu (small bamboo mat for rolling sushi).
