Ingredients:
500 g of fish fillet
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Puree:
5 large red chilies, seeded and boiled
3 red onions
2 cloves garlic
½ tsp shrimp paste fried
1 tomato red
½ teaspoon of sour Java
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
topping:
20 basil leaves
How to make:
- Marinate fish fillet with garlic, lemon juice and salt until blended.
- Fry in hot oil and lots of it to dry. Drain.
- Saute the spices until cooked.
- Enter the fish fry, stirring until blended. Lift.
- Sprinkle with basil leaves. Serve.
