Meat balls filled with Onions

A ball of meat that is not only tasty but very fragrant aroma. Black pepper seasoning in the batter makes the meat taste slightly spicy bite. Dish can be served as appetizers with mayonnaise or bottled chili sauce as a complement.


Ingredients:
250 g of ground beef
1 tbsp of BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon black peppercorns, crushed
10 g onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
12 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons margarine 300 ml of cooking oil

How to make:

  • Stir in minced meat, BBQ sauce, pepper, onion and salt until blended.
  • Form the dough into balls.
  • Flatten balls, fill with 1 clove garlic, round it off again.
  • Heat margarine and oil. Fry the balls to dry and mature.
  • Remove and drain.
  • Serve warm with bottled chili sauce.
