Ingredients:
250 g of ground beef
1 tbsp of BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon black peppercorns, crushed
10 g onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
12 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons margarine 300 ml of cooking oil
How to make:
- Stir in minced meat, BBQ sauce, pepper, onion and salt until blended.
- Form the dough into balls.
- Flatten balls, fill with 1 clove garlic, round it off again.
- Heat margarine and oil. Fry the balls to dry and mature.
- Remove and drain.
- Serve warm with bottled chili sauce.
