Ingredients:
500 g of meat over the chicken thighs, cut into pieces
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Seasonings:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
20 g onion, finely chopped
50 g red pepper, cut into rough
50 g green pepper, cut into rough
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon dried red chili powder
100 ml broth
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
How to make:
- Marinate chicken thigh meat with oil and pepper until blended. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Heat the grill, cook chicken until the skin is rather dry and the meat is cooked. Lift.
- Seasoning: Saute garlic and onion until wilted.
- Enter the other ingredients and roast chicken.
- Cook over medium heat until the sauce is almost gone and chicken is cooked.
- Remove and serve warm.
