Green Salad with Fresh Juice Vinaigrette

This salad is a versatile material is not only fresh but the taste is very refreshing. Orange carrot juice blend with olive oil gives a fresh sensation incredible. While the cheese and nuts give a delicious savory flavor accent!


Ingredients:
5 pieces of lettuce mix (green and lolorossa), wash, wipe it dry, roughly torn
5 organic cherry tomatoes, halved
5 cashew nuts, toasted, roughly chopped 

Sauce:
60 ml Carrot & Orange Juice (Mamaroz)
60 ml extra virgin olive oil (Bertolli)
30 ml red wine vinegar (Bertolli)
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt

Topping:
Old gouda cheese 10 g (Natura Gouda Cheese), shaved thin

How to make:
  • Sauce: Put the sauce ingredients into a bottle of juice. Shake vigorously for 10 times until well blended.
  • Place lettuce, cherry tomatoes and cashew nuts in a bowl.
  • Add a little sauce while stirring until blended.
  • Sprinkle the Gouda cheese and serve immediately.
