Ingredients:
4 tablespoons oil for sauteing
2 sheet lime leaves
Finely sliced 250 g dried shrimp, roasted until slightly dry mashed smooth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
100 g ground nuts, peel, pour boiling hot water and salt, drain, fry till dry
2 tablespoons fried shallots Seasoning,
Puree:
8 red chilies
5 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tsp salt
How to make:
- Saute the ground spices and lime leaves until fragrant and cooked.
- Enter the crushed dried shrimp, reduce heat, toasted until dry.
- Insert the lime juice, stir again until dry.
- Enter fried peanuts and fried shallots and stir well. Remove and let the steam is lost.
- Place in a container with a lid tightly.
