Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
150 g onions, chopped
1 piece (100 g) green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
6 cloves garlic, crushed
500 g beef / turkey mince
1/4 teaspoon fennel
1/4 teaspoon ground oregano
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon ground basil
1 tablespoon chili powder
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
4 red tomatoes, chopped
1 can red kidney beans, drained
How to make:
- Saute onion, bell pepper and garlic until soft and fragrant.
- Enter the minced meat, stir until it changes color and brown.
- Mix all ingredients and add to stir-fry meat. Stir well.
- Pour the red wine vinegar and stir well.
- Enter the tomatoes, cook until the tomatoes soft.
- Add beans, cook until boiling and thick again.
- Remove and serve with white rice or brown rice.
- Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese, bits of onion and sour cream.
