Choux Puff:
500 ml of water
225 g unsalted butter
300 g flour
10 g of salt
9 eggs
Icing Filling Flavors:
500 g sugar
250 g egg whites
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp esesns
Layers:
500 g chocolate
Brown coloring to taste
How to make:
- Choux puff: Heat water and butter to boil, add salt and flour. Stir until blended and smooth.
- Move into a mixing bowl, stir gently, and add the eggs one at a time until mixed evenly.
- Place the dough in the baking spray bag. Spray with a round shape and bake at 180C for 25 minutes.
- For the filling:
- Enter the egg whites and sugar into a mixing bowl, beat in the warm water for a moment, and move into the mixer to stir again at medium speed until thickened.
- Add flavor (flavor) to taste.
Completion:
- Make a hole into the sus and remove the contents. Enter the icing flavors, and save it to dry.
- Sus is already filled with the flavor icing, spread with melted chocolate.
