Mushroom and Egg Porridge


Rather thick porridge is very savory taste and solid contents. Sweet corn, spinach, mushrooms and fresh eggs to make it very tasty as well as nutritionally complete. Suitable eaten warm when the body begins to drop his stamina.



Ingredients:
100 g of rice fluffier
750 ml chicken stock
2 cloves of garlic

2 pieces of shitake mushrooms,
2 tablespoons thinly sliced ​​fresh sweet corn kernels
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Beat 100 g spinach leaves, cut into rough

How to make:
  • Boil the rice, broth, garlic, ginger and salt until the rice is cooked.
  • Enter the sweet corn and mushrooms.
  • Reduce the heat, stirring occasionally until the puree starts to thicken.
  • Enter the soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper and salt. Stir until blended.
  • Add two spinach and eggs, simmer until wilted and cooked.
  • Remove and serve hot.
